Equipment: please inspect on arrival. Report shipping damage within 48 hours with photos. Unused equipment in original packaging may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receipt.
Consumables: for medical-safety reasons, opened consumables are non-returnable unless defective. Verified defective consumables will be exchanged with freight covered.
